The home is beautifully decorated and has the most magnificent views from the terrace and each room of the home. We enjoyed exploring the tunnels in Brienno and other towns around the lake. We had the best pizza at Bri’en which was recommended to us. We had a drink one night and we were able to wave to our girls on the terrace at the house ; ). Lovely place to stay. We felt very safe and very welcome. Thank you!

Die ungefähr 80 Treppenstufen hinauf zur Wohnung werden mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht auf den Comersee belohnt. In der Wohnung wurden wir mit diversen Köstlichkeiten empfangen, sodass der erste grosse Einkauf im Lebensmittelgeschäft gut warten konnte. Auch sonst fehlte es an nichts. In der Küche ist mit Geschirr, Küchengeräten, Gewürzen etc. alles vorhanden, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Auch in den Badezimmern waren alle nötigen Utensilien wie Seife, Duschmittel, Toilettenpapier, Frottetücher… vorhanden. Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer waren ebenfalls einwandfrei und aufgeräumt. Der kleine gepflegte Garten mit Elektrogrill, lädt zum verweilen ein. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt, wir kommen wieder!

Mattia and his parents are very thoughtful and kind, providing guests with everything they could possibly need. The village is quiet, which was just what we were looking for with our 5 month old baby. The garden terrace is beautiful and private with stunning views of the lake. It was great to come home after visiting the busy towns like Bellagio to relax in the garden watching the lake. Private parking was available and there is a famous pizzeria a 1 minute stroll away. If you are looking for a peaceful and private stay with incredible views then is the place to book!

They even welcomed us with food items, a bottle of wine, and a bunch of sweet treats, which we appreciated so much after a long travel day. We loved the apartment and it was enough room for a family of five. And the kitchen had everything we needed to make several meals. And the patio/garden overlooking the lake was stunning.

Die Wohnung ist klasse ausgestattet, wohnlich und sowohl diese als auch der kleine Garten bieten großartige Ausblicke auf den See und die Umgebung und eine Auslaufmöglichkeit für den Hund. Ankommen und wohlfühlen ist hier angesagt 😊.
Als wir staubedingt über 3 Stunden später als angekündigt ankamen, war Mattia absolut liebenswürdig und unkompliziert und seine lieben Eltern haben den Check-in übernommen.
Die Pizzeria nebenan, die Möglichkeit zur Nutzung der angebotenen Fährverbindung am See, die romantische Atmosphäre, der Lebensmittelvan mit lokalen Produkten, die Waldnähe des Hauses!
Ein Traum und Paradies! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The apartment has a lot of amenities. Such a lovely touch to have a little toy car our two year old could play with.

  Mattia is an amazing host and his apartment is stunning. He is thoughtful and attentive to every detail. He started our visit by saving a parking spot for us before... read more welcoming us to his lovely apartment. There are lake views from every window. It’s bright, clean, and spacious and has a beautiful yard with a lake view. Brienno is a cute town that feels very authentic and non- touristy. There is only one restaurant and no market in town other than a van that comes in the mornings (but not on Sundays). That said, Mattia had quite a bit of food available in the apartment including homemade jams and pasta sauces. There was enough for our family to eat in for most meals. If you plan to visit other towns by ferry, it’s important to note that the ferry only stops in Brienno a few times a day. You can drive to another town nearby to catch it, but parking can be a challenge (both for the ferry and when you return to Brienno). We loved our stay at Mattie’s place and found it quite relaxing and beautiful.
