Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Mattias Ferienwohnung. Vielen Dank dafür!!

Die Wohnung hat eine gute Größe für uns vier Erwachsene, ein Kleinkind und einen Hund. Die beiden Badezimmer... read more waren sehr praktisch. Es gibt eine Galerie, die für kleine Kinder nicht sicher ist, aber das war kein Problem, denn unser Kind blieb einfach unten oder amüsierte sich in dem schönen kleinen Garten.

Für unseren Hund war die Wohnung auch perfekt, denn es gab den Garten und vor allem war die Wohnung sehr ruhig - die Fenser sind sehr geräuschundurchlässig - die Wände dick, sodass unser Hund auch nie gebellt hat.

Die Betten sind gut und es gibt eine umfangreiche Ausstattung, sodass es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Zu Begrüßung gab es eine Menge Essen, was unsere Ankunft nach einer längeren Anreise überaus angenehm und entspannt gemacht hat.

Die Umgebung ist toll. Man kann ab der Wohnung schöne Spaziergänge machen oder zu Ausflügen aufbrechen. Wunderbar war der Aufenthalt udn wir kommen gern wieder!

  This home in the Lake Como area is truly amazing. There are so many special touches it’s hard to list them all. Among our favorites things... read more were the beautiful space itself (a lot of love went into remodeling and decorating this apartment), the homemade pesto and bolognese sauces given to us at check-in with fresh pastas for each sauce, fresh eggs, prosciutto and bread - we didn't need to get to the market for several days. The space itself is really clean, lovingly cared for and has beautiful views of the lake from all rooms and the garden area. And, it’s super quiet - you’ll sleep like a baby.

Thanks so much for everything Mattia. We've stayed in a number of Airbnb's around the world and you are an amazing host. Thank you made our first trip to Lake Como very special.

Pierluigi welcomed us at our car, helped us with our luggage up the stairs and filled us with wonderful information about... read more his childhood home and the surrounding area. The home is beautifully decorated and has the most magnificent views from the terrace and each room of the home. We enjoyed exploring the tunnels in Brienno and other towns around the lake. We had the best pizza at Bri’en which was recommended to us. We had a drink one night and we were able to wave to our girls on the terrace at the house ; ). Lovely place to stay. We felt very safe and very welcome. Thank you!

This is a traditional modern Italian appartment, that is very nice and clean. Everything worked... read more seemlessly from start to end. All pre-information was flawless, and was done orally by Mattia's father Pierluigi, who also helped us to carry up our luggage & kept a parking space for 1 of our cars (we were 2 families).
The family had bought us some food and put in the refrigerator + we got sparkling wine & Pierluigis mother had baked us a cake and left so many other nice things.
The house is equipted with all amenities, and even cold water tap in the kitchen, even with sparkling water if you want.
The only downside we found was the stairs leading to the apartment - it is 81 steps, so if you're not in good condition, this is not for you - we actually enjoyed the excercise 🙂

Mattia hat sich nach unserer Ankunftszeit erkundigt und uns vor... read more Ort pünktlich und persönlich für die Schlüsselübergabe empfangen. Die ungefähr 80 Treppenstufen hinauf zur Wohnung werden mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht auf den Comersee belohnt. In der Wohnung wurden wir mit diversen Köstlichkeiten empfangen, sodass der erste grosse Einkauf im Lebensmittelgeschäft gut warten konnte. Auch sonst fehlte es an nichts. In der Küche ist mit Geschirr, Küchengeräten, Gewürzen etc. alles vorhanden, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Auch in den Badezimmern waren alle nötigen Utensilien wie Seife, Duschmittel, Toilettenpapier, Frottetücher… vorhanden. Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer waren ebenfalls einwandfrei und aufgeräumt. Der kleine gepflegte Garten mit Elektrogrill, lädt zum verweilen ein. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt, wir kommen wieder!

We were greeted by Mattia's kind parents who helped us with luggage... read more up the stairs, gave a tour of their charming home, and welcomed us with a gift of wonderful fresh fruit, eggs and delightful local Italian treats that we snacked on during our stay. While the stairs are a climb, we enjoyed the strength it built in our legs and the view is 1000% worth it! The garden is just beautiful and fragrant. We spent our evenings on the patio playing family games, drinking vino rosso and enjoying the gorgeous lake views. Brienno is close enough to the larger towns to get to quickly for day trips, but a far enough from the summer tourists hustle and bustle. We preferred this location. Grazie Mille!

When we arrived, Mattia had saved us a parking spot near the entrance so unloading our bags was a breeze. He took time to get us familiar with the apartment and no detail was overlooked. From fresh fruits and vegetables, jam prepared by his father and homemade bolognese from his mom you really feel like you're at home.

10/10 will return again to visit this very special place!
