I have never had that kind of generosity before from a n Airbnb host. The space is spotless, comfortable, well equipped and so nicely decorated. Having a washing machine was a huge plus for us as this came half way through a 2-week trip. Cannot say enough wonderful things. Highly recommend!!

Highly recommended for anyone looking to stay in Como, especially for the unbeatable view of the lake from your own front porch. Die Wohnung ist klasse ausgestattet, wohnlich und sowohl diese als auch der kleine Garten bieten großartige Ausblicke auf den See und die Umgebung und eine Auslaufmöglichkeit für den Hund. Ankommen und wohlfühlen ist hier angesagt 😊.
Als wir staubedingt über 3 Stunden später als angekündigt ankamen, war Mattia absolut liebenswürdig und unkompliziert und seine lieben Eltern haben den Check-in übernommen.
Die Pizzeria nebenan, die Möglichkeit zur Nutzung der angebotenen Fährverbindung am See, die romantische Atmosphäre, der Lebensmittelvan mit lokalen Produkten, die Waldnähe des Hauses!
Ein Traum und Paradies! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The home is beautifully decorated and has the most magnificent views from the terrace and each room of the home. We enjoyed exploring the tunnels in Brienno and other towns around the lake. We had the best pizza at Bri’en which was recommended to us. We had a drink one night and we were able to wave to our girls on the terrace at the house ; ). Lovely place to stay. We felt very safe and very welcome. Thank you!

Mattias’ parents gave us a warm welcome upon arrival (even though we had to adjust the arrival time during the day — they were super flexible!). They showed us everything: the flat, the surroundings, where to park — and even had a table reserved for us at a great nearby pizzeria.

The apartment was cozy and well-located, making it an ideal base to explore the beautiful Lago di Como. One tip: avoid long car journeys — instead, take the morning boat from Brienno for a scenic and peaceful ride with stunning lake views.

Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a calm and charming getaway!

Parking wasn't ideal but at least we had a guaranteed spot, but parking... read more is often difficult in some Italian towns. The village is lovely. Very, very quiet so you'll need to be prepared to use your car to get to restaurants as there's a lively pizza place within 100 yards and that's it except for bar on the lake. The welcome basket was amazing. Gracious, responsive service especially helping with some restaurant reservations. Lots of space to relax. Nice outdoor garden although we didn't use it much. If you want to be able to walk to loads of restaurants this is not the village to stay in, but if you want a quieter place for touring around then you can't go wrong.

The views from every room were spectacular! Beds and furniture were extremely comfortable and beautifully curated in each room. The town is quaint and off the main tourist track.

Mattia was very responsive to all of our questions and messages.

Two very small things I would clarify for anyone booking this space.

1. There were 75-85 cobblestone steps to get to the apartment, a great workout, but could be difficult to access for some guests. (But everywhere on Lake Como has tons of steps)
2. While parking is free, it is on street public parking, so you are not guaranteed nearby parking, especially when the restaurant next door is open.

Overall, I would recommend this space to anyone, it was a perfect space to enjoy the views and culture!
