Mattia and his father were very helpful with the check-in process and made us feel very comfortable. We had no complaints or inconveniences throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking to stay in Como, especially for the unbeatable view of the lake from your own front porch. Not to forget the generous portions of food that the hosts had provided prior to check-in!

Mattia and his parents are very thoughtful and kind, providing guests with everything they could possibly need. The village is quiet, which was just what we were looking for with our 5 month old baby. The garden terrace is beautiful and private with stunning views of the lake. It was great to come home after visiting the busy towns like Bellagio to relax in the garden watching the lake. Private parking was available and there is a famous pizzeria a 1 minute stroll away. If you are looking for a peaceful and private stay with incredible views then is the place to book!

It was as beautiful as it looks in the pictures, but what really made this a stand out stay was how accommodating and generous Mattia and his family had been. They had left us milk, a few things to put a lovely lunch together, breads, a bottle of wine, things for breakfast, and a home made tart! They are the best air bnb hosts I have ever had - friendly, informative and accommodating. Brienno itself was a beautiful and authentic small town, with loads of swimming places, an amazing pizza restaurant and a fab terraced bar by the water. Close enough to the big towns to be convenient but small enough to be away from crowds and really feel immersed in the Italian experience. Couldn’t recommend enough!!
