While we didn’t have the pleasure of meeting Mattia, his father Pierluigi was easily one of the nicest & most helpful hosts I’ve ever met. The town was fantastic and had everything we needed in walking distance - wine/snack bar right on the water, coffee bar, delicious pizza... read more restaurant, and a pop up vegetable stand. The apartment has an incredible view and was a prefect stop on our trip. Be aware there are a lot of stairs to get to the apartment, but that’s also how you have spectacular views.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit des Gastgebers. Von der Begrüßung bis zur Abreise wurden wir herzlich umsorgt und mit tollen Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants versorgt. Man spürt, dass hier mit viel Liebe und Hingabe gearbeitet wird.

Die Unterkunft selbst war makellos sauber, gemütlich und bestens ausgestattet. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und können diesen Ort jedem wärmstens empfehlen!

It’s bright, clean, and spacious and has a beautiful yard with a lake view. Brienno is a cute town that feels very authentic and non- touristy. There is only one restaurant and no market in town other than a van that comes in the mornings (but not on Sundays). That said, Mattia had quite a bit of food available in the apartment including homemade jams and pasta sauces. There was enough for our family to eat in for most meals. If you plan to visit other towns by ferry, it’s important to note that the ferry only stops in Brienno a few times a day. You can drive to another town nearby to catch it, but parking can be a challenge (both for the ferry and when you return to Brienno). We loved our stay at Mattie’s place and found it quite relaxing and beautiful.

Die Wohnung ist klasse ausgestattet, wohnlich und sowohl diese als auch der kleine Garten bieten großartige Ausblicke auf den See und die Umgebung und eine Auslaufmöglichkeit für den Hund. Ankommen und wohlfühlen ist hier angesagt 😊.
Als wir staubedingt über 3 Stunden später als angekündigt ankamen, war Mattia absolut liebenswürdig und unkompliziert und seine lieben Eltern haben den Check-in übernommen.
Die Pizzeria nebenan, die Möglichkeit zur Nutzung der angebotenen Fährverbindung am See, die romantische Atmosphäre, der Lebensmittelvan mit lokalen Produkten, die Waldnähe des Hauses!
Ein Traum und Paradies! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung hat eine gute Größe für uns vier Erwachsene, ein Kleinkind und einen Hund. Die beiden Badezimmer... read more waren sehr praktisch. Es gibt eine Galerie, die für kleine Kinder nicht sicher ist, aber das war kein Problem, denn unser Kind blieb einfach unten oder amüsierte sich in dem schönen kleinen Garten.

Für unseren Hund war die Wohnung auch perfekt, denn es gab den Garten und vor allem war die Wohnung sehr ruhig - die Fenser sind sehr geräuschundurchlässig - die Wände dick, sodass unser Hund auch nie gebellt hat.

Die Betten sind gut und es gibt eine umfangreiche Ausstattung, sodass es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Zu Begrüßung gab es eine Menge Essen, was unsere Ankunft nach einer längeren Anreise überaus angenehm und entspannt gemacht hat.

Die Umgebung ist toll. Man kann ab der Wohnung schöne Spaziergänge machen oder zu Ausflügen aufbrechen. Wunderbar war der Aufenthalt udn wir kommen gern wieder!

Communication was always quick, clear and helpful leading up to the stay and during the stay.

It's evident that they love what they do and are passionate about creating beautiful experiences for all their guests.

What made our stay extra special is they offered and prepared refreshments and snacks for the morning of my wedding which was so appreciated by all of us.

I am so thankful and I will definitely be returning again in the future.

I highly recommend.
