Easy reachable by car, by the lake and the host is simply one of the best. We used Airbnb for years and Mattia is one of our favorite hosts up to date. Quick with responses, easy to communicate, and very helpful. He supplies you with various amounts of different types of food to end your evening of arrival or start the morning and then you can drive to the nearest supermarket Cetti 15 min by car on a straight road and it has everything. Brienno is a sleepy town so the thoughtful touch of food was great when we couldn’t get to the store right away. A car is a must to stay here but it’s only a short drive from Como. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful stay on Lake Como.

The garage parking was excellent. The steps to the apartment are a bit brutal but manageable with handrails all the way up. The view is so so so worth it. Mattias family is clearly proud of the apartment and they should be. They were probably the most hospitable airbnb hosts I’ve ever had in my 8+ years of airbnbing. It’s perfect for a family. They had a high chair for my daughter and food, snacks, everything we needed. The water is drinkable, showers great, robes were so nice, and plenty of towels and extra blankets! We felt right at home and it made the stay so much better. The welcome book was super helpful in picking activities and restaurants. Thank you again!
