Mattia also helped to make reservations at a restaurant for us and cancel them when we had a last minute change of plans. he was patient and polite throughout.
the house is clean and beautifully decorated. you will feel at home immediately. if you are considering booking this place, don’t hesitate! all our thanks and love to Mattia and his parents for the wonderful stay.

This was the best AirBnB by far we have ever stayed, host's responsiveness, scenery, fresh flower decorations, easy access to local produce and privacy of the apartment itself were astonishing. Cherry on the top was that our only concern about parking was countered by our host kindly providing access to the easy (by Italian standards) garage just downstairs. Thank you!

They even welcomed us with food items, a bottle of wine, and a bunch of sweet treats, which we appreciated so much after a long travel day. Mattia and his parents are very thoughtful and kind, providing guests with everything they could possibly need. The village is quiet, which was just what we were looking for with our 5 month old baby. The garden terrace is beautiful and private with stunning views of the lake. It was great to come home after visiting the busy towns like Bellagio to relax in the garden watching the lake. Private parking was available and there is a famous pizzeria a 1 minute stroll away. If you are looking for a peaceful and private stay with incredible views then is the place to book!
