  We loved our stay in Brienno at Mattia’s home. Pierluigi welcomed us at our car, helped us with our luggage up the stairs and filled us with wonderful information about... read more his childhood home and the surrounding area. The home is beautifully decorated and has the most magnificent views from the terrace and each room of the home. We enjoyed exploring the tunnels in Brienno and other towns around the lake. We had the best pizza at Bri’en which was recommended to us. We had a drink one night and we were able to wave to our girls on the terrace at the house ; ). Lovely place to stay. We felt very safe and very welcome. Thank you!

Nothing was overlooked. Beautiful views from the windows, quiet and relaxing. Hiked the greenway, about 12 miles round trip, one of my favorite walks ever. I have never had that kind of generosity before from a n Airbnb host. The space is spotless, comfortable, well equipped and so nicely decorated. Having a washing machine was a huge plus for us as this came half way through a 2-week trip. Cannot say enough wonderful things. Highly recommend!!
